The Art Admin is an artwork management platform that helps artists and galleries manage provenance records, generate professional documents, and handle consignment relationships. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period.
You own your data. Artwork records, provenance histories, images, and documents you create on the platform belong to you. We do not claim ownership over any content you upload or generate. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.
The Art Admin facilitates the sharing of artwork information between artists and galleries through consignment relationships. We are not a party to any consignment agreement between artists and galleries. Any disputes arising from consignment arrangements are between the parties involved and do not involve the Art Admin.
Documents generated through the platform, including certificates of authenticity, invoices, and catalogues, are created based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of any generated document. It is your responsibility to verify all information before use.
Any pricing information recorded or displayed on the platform is entered by you. We make no representation regarding the accuracy, fairness, or market validity of any artwork valuation or price. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information stored on the platform.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.
You agree not to use the platform to store or share unlawful content, impersonate others, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or use the platform in any way that could harm other users or the platform itself.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
