For Artists

Your practice, properly recorded.

Build an archive you're proud of. Track every artwork's provenance, generate catalogues, certificates and invoices, and manage consignments with galleries. Nothing gets lost. More time to be an artist.

When a client asks for a catalogue, generate one. When a piece sells, issue a certificate and invoice. The admin becomes a one-click task.

For Galleries

Receive work. Keep it organised.

Artists send you consignments directly, with everything you need to take it from there. Accept work, view artwork details, and generate professional documents from your own archive while keeping your process and client records private.

No chasing emails for images, dimensions or updated titles. No wasted hours on catalogues for browsers. Just quick responses and curated collaboration.

Common Questions

Your archive is your complete record of artworks: their details, images, provenance history, and documents. Every archive belongs to either an artist or a gallery, and you can have more than one. Each archive can have multiple members, and all actions are logged for full transparency and accountability.

Artists send a consignment request to a gallery using the gallery’s unique code. Once accepted, the gallery can access the artwork’s details and generate documents. The artist always retains ownership of their records.

Galleries have read-only access to artwork details and images. However, galleries can add provenance events, such as exhibitions or notes, and are the ones who mark an artwork as sold, which notifies the artist immediately.

The artist always owns their provenance records. Privacy is respected on both sides: only consignment events initiated by the artist, and the mark-as-sold event triggered by the gallery, are automatically shared between both parties. All other provenance events are private by default and can be individually shared if desired. Documents generated by either party are always private and never shared automatically.

Yes. Each archive is private to its members. Artists control what galleries can see, and no data is shared outside of an explicit consignment relationship.
